Listed for $290,000/$270,000

Break Down –

November was a stronger month with people starting to shop again. Sadly all of my express cruisers have seen low interest/volume given the season. Lady Christine had the best metrics both on my website and advertising compared to the other express cruisers that I currently have listed.

I have her listed for $290,000 to accommodate the center tank, what are your thoughts on reducing to $270,000? This won’t change anything for you, just the way the listing price is shown and then obviously wouldn’t include you paying for the center tank.
