We are pretty up-to-date with one another on the deal with Sam and Alex. I did try calling and left a voicemail with them on Friday 12/6, and texted Sam again on Saturday morning 12/7. I highlighted the 12/9 at 5pm acceptance deadline, which I’m sure he is aware of. My guess is that we will hear from them on Monday.

Outside of the deal, Hina continued to have extremely strong engagement, interest, and showings for November.
