Break Down –
I sadly never heard back after reaching out 3 times to that lead who was interested in the boat over this past month.
September only resulted in one additional lead, who also didn’t respond to my messages and calls. With that said, we saw a dramatic improvement in average website time from 14sec in August to 1min 24sec in September.
I have been seeing a couple of more leads for the Townsend 30 that I have, and if they find if she isn’t the correct boat I typically recommend Dent De Lion as an alternative. So I will continue to do this as I have a couple of showings on that boat, and thus hopefully yours too.
