We are pretty up to do with one another here, but the summary is that our buyer backed out of the deal and we are working on getting the engines and generator serviced to mechanically show better for future buyers.

It was great to see an offer so early, though we wish for the close obviously, so that coupled with people starting to more aggressively shop boats is promising for us.
