DESCRIPTION

Hina is a bluewater sailboat in excellent condition that just came back from a Hawaiian passage after four years of cruising. During this time she has sailed the South Pacific, Hawaii, and has come back home to Everett.

Originally designed by Nelson Marek who designed many of the Morgan boats from the Morgan 36, 44, as well as the Catalina 42 in 1989. Hina is designed as a masthead sloop and fin with rudder on a partial skeg. She drafts 5.33ft and is designed as a beamy, quick boat with a hull speed of 8.24kn and a Displ/Length ratio of 206.15 for those who care about sailing numbers.

Hina doesn’t feel like the typical sailboat, as she has generous light that comes in as you come down the protected center cockpit companionway. There is a large settee to port with a dining table to starboard and wraparound galley just aft of the table. The galley features a 2022 Force 10 4 burner stove with oven, freezer, and large refrigerator.

Moving aft, there is a nav station on the port side, with breaker panels to starboard and good engine access just below. As you continue aft there is a large aft cabin, with an island queen (might even be larger) with plenty of space in the cabin. This master cabin has a personal vanity as well as a master dry head.

All the way forward is a large v-berth with a connected wet head.
