Up for sale is a gorgeously remodeled boathouse at the Port of Everett. The boathouse loft was fully renovated in 2021 to be a large, open gathering space with a combined galley and living room and a large bedroom that opens up to the boat down below.

The galley has luxurious features such as hand-laid concrete countertops, custom cabinets, kitchen backsplash of hot rolled steel, and immaculate appliances. Utilize the space to hang out after a day of being on the water, or even as a secondary residence.

The boathouse has styrofoam floatation but has been reinforced with two aluminum legs in the aft section of the boathouse as well as (2) 1,100 pound square floats and one 2,200 pound rectangle float. Each of the additional floats are adjustable by adding/subtracting air to them. This helps to account for the weight of the 250 gallon blackwater tank that was added to the port side of the boathouse.
