Break Down –

November started to show more promise and people are starting to shop again with the election over with. I had more showings in November than any single month throughout the summer this past year.

Interestingly, very few of those showings were for sailboats and those that were were very good deals still; highlighting that the market is still in favor of buyers unless very aggressively priced.

We had the exact same number of clicks from advertising compared to October which is funny, and users on my website were very similar. Time on site slipped a little bit for the month,  but nothing concerning.

As discussed I think utilizing the boat show or just after for adjusting price will be key but we can discuss as we get closer.
