The Hereshoff continues to be within the top 33% of my listings in terms of Yacht World clicks in August. What’s interesting is that time on site increased dramatically from the bottom 3rd to 4th of my listings with an average engagement time of 1min 26sec.

In addition to the 3 leads in August, there were an additional 3 leads that came from Facebook Marketplace. None of responded after I have followed up twice though, which sadly is typical of most Facebook Marketplace leads.

For leads that I do connect with they typically ask for the survey and then I talk through the cabin core that came up on the April survey. What’s odd is that most of these leads have been 60+ years old, so when they hear of that project it ends up being too much for them.

The highest sailboat sales in Everett come in the months September through November each year and I have started to see more sailors reaching out already which is good to see.
