Break Down –

As you know the survey is all scheduled and set up for Tuesday, September 10th. The survey will start at 10am, demonstration scheduled for 2pm with a 3pm haul out.

Launch is scheduled for 9:30am for Wednesday, September 11th. Let me know if you would like me to be there and be a deckhand to help bring the boat back to the slip.

Once the survey is complete, it will likely take around a week for the surveyor to write up the survey. The buyers will review it and let me know their thoughts and if any concerns we will address them as needed. From there we will move into closing!
