Break Down –

As discussed in my latest email, we did lose the couple who was interested due to not having records. It’s one of those things that either 1. depends on the buyers needs and really is a requirement for them to buy or 2. can be an excuse not to move forward.

I am hopeful with the new lead who reached out and I talked to on 9/4. He has a Sundancer 250 that is on the S-aisle at Dagmars and has literally been watching yoru boat for a couple of years.

We have a showing scheduled for Saturday, 9/14 (though it might change to Sunday) but am excited to get him on board and see where it leads us.
