While I know we haven’t had a true offer yet, August has proved to be a strong month for the boat. A part of this is of course due to the drop in price, which puts us right within range of where the highest majority of boats are selling in the current market.

We saw 6 leads with 3 showings, making the Carol Rose the second highest leads of my listings, and the most number of showings for August. I didn’t include Facebook Marketplace leads unless I had an email in these numbers as they are often very low quality and haven’t resulted in much traction (i.e. the offer that didn’t pan out). Total Facebook leads from August was 13, but only the one showing has come through so far, though I’m hoping that we will have another one or two coming soon from Facebook leads alone.

The YouTube video tour tends to be doing very well, with the 3rd highest numbers of any of my videos with 736 views.

What’s interesting is that the article I wrote called “The History of the Marine Trader 44” has seen good organic traction. It was my highest trafficked article in August, with 84 views and an average read time of 1min 45 seconds!
