DESCRIPTION

Alaskan Fantasy is a 1979 Uniflite 37 Coastal Cruiser which was Uniflite’s response to the need for fuel-efficient cruisers in the late 70’s and early 80’s.

She has a semi-displacement hull and cruises at 12-14 knots with the twin Volvo TMD 40 diesel engines.

The coastal cruiser hull was handlaid with up to 12 layers of fiberglass at stress points. Full length foam stringers are fully glassed in and the house is attached to the hull with stainless steel rivets with overlaying fiberglass on top.

Alaskan Fantasy has enough sleeping room for six, and has a lot of space throughout both the salon and even up front in the v-berth.

A service bar divides the salon from the mid-level galley. What’s referred to as the second “stateroom” is a lounge located in the passageway, featuring a privacy curtain and a backrest that folds up to form over/under berths for nighttime use. The spacious double-entry head includes a dedicated shower stall. Outside, the bridge overhang offers some weather protection for the cockpit, while the expansive flybridge provides seating for up to eight people.

The large aft cockpit is self-bailing and a great space to relax, make dinner, go fishing or crabbing.
